solely and fully responsible for the safe functioning of the e-scooter at all times.
The user is aware that the use of the e-scooter involves both obvious and unexpected
risks and dangers that may result in injury or death of the rider or others and/or
property damage, and that such risks and dangers cannot always be predicted or
avoided.
The risks and the dangers include, but are not limited to:
• vehicles and other objects; pedestrians; trafc
• malfunction of the e-scooter or its components
• road and weather conditions
