TROUBLESHOOTING
THE AV CONTROL CENTER FAILS TO POWER UP:
• Ensure that the AC Power Adapter is fitted correctly and that the power is switched on.
If the standby button at the front of the AV Control Center is red, then the unit is in Standby mode.
Switch on by either pressing the power / standby button at the front of the AV Control Center or
using the Remote Controller. This button will change to Green when ON.
THE AV CONTROL CENTER IS ON, BUT I DO NOT SEE A PICTURE FROM MY TV:
Make sure that the AV Control Center is connected properly to your television and that the
“External” input channel is selected (see setup above).
• Make sure each AV device is connected to the AV Control Center correctly (see setup above).
THERE IS NO SOUND:
Check that each device is connected to the AV Control Center by EITHER the left and right audio
phono, SCART or optical cable.
• Make sure that the volume on your TV and AV devices are turned up (refer to the manuals for each
device for further information)
WHEN I VIEW A DEVICE I GET BACKGROUND INTERFERENCE:
Ensure that all other devices connected to the AV Control Center are switched OFF as certain
devices emit strong signals, which can interfere with the device being viewed.
• Check that the connections between devices are secure.
CAUTION:
• Do not remove the AV Control Center when the power is ON.
• Avoid placing the AV Control Center near hot temperatures or high humidity.
• Do not submerse or allow the AV Control Center to come into contact with water.
• The AV Control Center should be used in dry locations only.
• An adult should supervise young children when using the AV Control Center.
Use of any attachment or accessory with the AV Control Center not recommended or sold by
JOYTECH™ may result in risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to persons or product.
• Tampering with the AV Control Center will invalidate your JOYTECH™ warranty.
• Do not clean any parts of the AV Control Center with alcohol, cleaning solutions containing alcohol
or strong abrasives. Use a soft cloth and a little water.
