Quick Start Guide
For best performance Jt Robot 1000 has to be charged
overnight, before fi rst-time use.
Carefully unpack the Jt Robot and place the charging station on a hard fl oor
against a wall.
Approx. 60 cm place should be left around the charging station, that the
Robot can fi nd it well.
Connect the power cords at the backside of the charging station. Insert the
plug fi rmly into the wall socket.
Attention: The power cords may not lay around.
Insertion of the battery
Please follow the pictures to insert the battery:
1. Press the button down and remove the dust bag.
2. Turn the Jt Robot 1000. Push the battery in direction of arrow
until it locks.
3. The fastener marked “pull” secures the battery against falling out.
4. Turn the Robot and insert the dust bag.

Sonic Wall
The sonic wall produces an invisible barrier, which Jt Robot1000 won’t cross.
You can set a sonic wall to block doors of other rooms to avoid defects on the
Jt Robot 1000 or furniture. Switch on the button at the backside of the sonic
wall until the power indicator will fl ash blue.
The Jt Robot 1000 includes one sonic wall.
You can contact us, if you need further ones.
You can use up to 3 sonic walls only. Howe-
ver, you can dispose furniture or plants as
well.
Docking/parking at the charging station
Place the master unit on the fl oor nearly to the charging station. Switch on the power-button of the Jt Robot
1000. Please remove the protective plastic strip of the remote control and press the on/off button. Then press
the home-button. The Jt Robot 1000 will move to the charging station automatically. If the Jt Robot 1000 has
problems to fi nd the charging station, please place it somewhere else.
