This document describes the Juice® Airphones Go, a pair of wireless earbuds designed for audio playback and calls.

Function Description

The Juice® Airphones Go are wireless earbuds that connect to compatible devices via Bluetooth. They are designed for listening to music, podcasts, and other audio content, as well as for making and receiving phone calls. The earbuds come with a charging case that not only protects them but also provides additional battery life, allowing for extended use on the go. The multi-function button on each earbud provides intuitive control over various functions, including media playback, call management, and voice assistant activation.

Usage Features

Power On/Off:

The earbuds power on automatically when removed from the charging case. To power them off, simply place them back into the charging case. Alternatively, you can long-press the multi-function button on each earbud for over 5 seconds to manually power them off.

Pairing:

To pair the earbuds with a device, first take them out of the charging case. Then, select 'Juice Airphones Go' from the Bluetooth® device list on your smartphone, tablet, or other compatible device. The earbuds should pair automatically. Once paired, they are ready for use. If you need to reset the earbuds, while they are powered on, press the touch pad on each earbud 7 times.

Audio Playback and Calls:

• Play/Pause: A two-press on either the left (L) or right (R) earbud will play or pause music.
• Next Song: A three-press on the right (R) earbud will skip to the next song.
• Previous Song: A three-press on the left (L) earbud will go back to the previous song.
• Answer/Hang Up Call: A two-press on either earbud will answer an incoming call or hang up an ongoing call.
• Reject Call: A long-press on either earbud will reject an incoming call.
• Activate Siri (or other voice assistant): A long-press on either earbud will activate your device's voice assistant.

Charging:

• Charging the Case: To charge the charging case, insert the provided USB Type-C cable into the USB Type-C port located on the base of the case. Connect the other end of the cable to a power adapter or computer. A full charge from an empty battery takes approximately 2 hours.
• Charging the Earbuds: To charge the earbuds, simply place them into their corresponding slots within the charging case. The case itself holds enough power for up to 3 full charges of the earbuds.

LED Indicators:

The LED indicators provide visual feedback on the charging status of both the case and the earbuds, as well as their connection status.

• Charging Case Indicators:
  • Charging:
    • Green Solid: Battery Level 100%.
    • Green Flash: Battery Level 1%-99%.
  • Not Charging:
    • Red Flash: Battery Level 1%-10%.
    • White Solid: Battery Level 11%-100%.
• Earbuds Indicators:
  • Light Off: Connected with device.
  • Blue/Red Flash: Entered pairing mode.
  • Red Flash: Battery low.
  • Red Solid: Charging battery.
  • Light Off: Battery fully charged.

Maintenance Features

Warranty:

The Juice® Airphones Go come with a 1-year warranty. It is important to note that the warranty will be void if the batch code is removed from the product.
