Cut straps holding the box to the pallet, then lift the box off and place it on a flat surface.
Open the box and remove the Accessory Kit and protective foam pieces from the bike.
Lift the bike out of the box by two or more persons and deploy the kickstand.
Loosen the quill bolt, turn the handlebar clockwise, and tighten the bolt to secure the position.
Install the left and right pedals onto the crank arms using the 6mm hex wrench.
Carefully cut the zip tie and remove the handlebar foam block, then check brake function.
Locate the charging port, connect the charger to the bike and an AC outlet.
Turn on power, use shifter for gears, throttle for motor, and brake levers to slow or stop.
