Why Jumper JPD-FR403 Thermometer fails to power on?
    • J
      Jacob HayesAug 7, 2025
Your Jumper Thermometer might not be powering on due to several reasons: the batteries may be low (in this case, change the batteries), the polarities of the batteries might be reversed (make sure that the batteries are installed correctly), or the thermometer itself could be damaged (in this case, contact the manufacturer).

What to do if temperature reading is lower than normal on Jumper JPD-FR403 Thermometer?
    • R
      Rebekah HudsonAug 17, 2025
If your Jumper Thermometer shows a temperature reading lower than the typical body temperature range, it could be due to a few reasons. The lens of the temperature probe might be dirty, so try cleaning it with a cotton swab. Alternatively, the thermometer probe might not be aligned correctly with the eardrum; reposition it to ensure proper alignment. Also, if the thermometer was recently moved from a cold environment, wait more than 30 minutes before using it to take a measurement.

What does "Er1" mean on my Jumper JPD-FR403?
    • B
      Brian GreenAug 27, 2025
If your Jumper Thermometer displays "Er1", it means the ambient temperature is either lower than 10°C (50.0°F) or higher than 40°C (104°F). To resolve this, take a measurement when the ambient temperature is between 10°C (50.0°F) and 40°C (104°F).
