  • Assembly: The fuselage is supplied in two sections that must be permanently glued together using 30-40 minute epoxy glue and six screws with washers. The wing halves are assembled using two carbon fiber tubes (32mm external diameter x 3mm thickness x 532mm long) and four allen screws with washers. The stabilizer halves are assembled using a carbon fiber tube (19.05mm external diameter x 1mm thickness x 570mm length) and two self-attacking screws.
  • Engine Installation: The model is compatible with DLE-85 gas engines (requiring a rear pitts muffler for scale appearance) or ROTOMAX 100cc Turnigy electric motors. The carbon fiber engine mount and firewall are pre-marked for correct installation.
  • Fuel System: The fuel tank installation requires fixing a plywood tray to the fuselage rails. Various fueling options are supported, including filling valves and "T" connectors.
  • Control Surfaces: Ailerons, flaps, elevators, and rudder require specific servo types and linkages. The model features structural reinforcements for control horn installation. Recommended deflections are provided for each control surface.
  • Landing Gear: The model is prepared for pneumatic or electric retracts. The wing retracts fixing bases are made of 10mm plywood, and front ones in epoxy resin with 10mm plywood. The scale/competition version includes machined aluminum struts, wheels with rubber tires, pneumatic drum brakes, and an electronic controller with a door sequencer.
  • Lighting System: The optional Plenus Lux lighting kit offers navigation lights, strobes, landing lights, and beacon lights, activated by a 3-position switch on the radio.

Maintenance Features:

  • Paint Protection: The model's paint and varnish are high quality but require care. Wipe with a cloth, water spray, and neutral detergent after use. Apply two-component PU varnish or epoxy to any uncovered areas. Avoid direct sunlight, especially on darker parts. Use automotive wax for polishing and protection.
  • Storage and Transport: Use fabric smooth covers for storage and transport to protect against damage.
  • Pre-Flight Checks: Always check the operation of the model aircraft, ensuring all equipment is working perfectly and the structure is intact. Check all links, connectors, and control surfaces, replacing any components showing signs of fatigue or wear.
  • Glue Application: For permanent fixations, 30-40 minute epoxy glue is recommended. For screws, medium-grade (removable) thread locker is advised.
  • Wiring: Ensure all fuel hoses and engine cables do not come into contact with hot engine parts. Fix them with nylon clamps.
  • Battery Disconnection: Disconnect the lighting system battery if the model aircraft will not be used for more than 5 days.
  • Retracts Controller: Ensure correct polarity when plugging the battery to the controller to avoid burning the controller and voiding the warranty. Do not plug retracts directly into the receiver.

Important Warnings:

  • This product is not a toy.
  • Assembly and use should only be undertaken by experienced model aircraft enthusiasts aged 18 or older, under adult supervision.
  • Internal linkage installation is not recommended as it can damage structural parts and lead to accidents or loss of the model.
  • The wing trailing edges (ailerons and flaps) and stabilizer trailing edge (elevators) must not be drilled, cut, or perforated.
  • Landing gear door servos should be high voltage (7.4V).
  • The manufacturer's warranty is 90 days against manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from use or modifications. The manufacturer is not liable for damages resulting from user assembly or third-party use.
