Check if combustion chamber NTC is
defective or not
Turn off the appliance
Pull NTC cables out
Check if NTC resistance is within
specified limits
Is heat exchanger surface plugged
and dirty?
Check if heat exchanger is blocked
by dirt or not
Electronic card is out of order
Change the sensor(NTC)
Fasten the connection cable
Switch on the appliance
If A2 still flashing,

Check cable connections (especially on RAS 5;20
way connector) If needed replace cable harness
Clean the heat exchanger surface (Replace if
needed)
Switch off the appliance
Cut mains supply.
Change the electronic card
Connect mains supply
Switch on the appliance
In case of blocked heat exchanger, appliance gives
A2 error. A2 is cleaned automatically after 20
minutes. If appliance gives 3 subsequent A2 failure
then display shows C3 error and block the
appliance.
