The DZ-1B Home Oxygen Generator is a medical device designed to produce oxygen for personal use. It utilizes advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, using molecular sieve as an adsorbent and air as the raw material to physically produce oxygen. The device is characterized by its novel shape design, simple operation, stable performance, and convenient maintenance.
Function Description
The primary function of the DZ-1B oxygen generator is to provide a continuous supply of oxygen. It also features an atomization function, allowing for the nebulization of medication. The device is designed for home use and operates by drawing air from nature, processing it, and delivering concentrated oxygen.

Usage Features
The DZ-1B oxygen generator offers several user-friendly features:
- Display Mode: Digital tube display with English characters for easy readability.
- Timing Function: Includes continuous running timing, timing running timing, and automatic cumulative timing. Users can preset oxygen generation time in 5-minute increments, up to a maximum of 9 hours and 55 minutes.
- Atomization Function: Allows for nebulization. The atomizing socket is accessed by unscrewing a knurled screw. The flow rate is adjusted to 1 liter for atomization.
- Remote Control Function: Infrared remote control operation for convenience.
- Voice Prompts: The device provides voice prompts when adjusting flow rate or entering the continuous oxygen generation state.
- Flow Rate Adjustment: Oxygen flow rate can be adjusted from 1 L/min to 7 L/min using the "flow +" and "flow -" keys on the control panel or remote.
- Installation: Before use, the bottom Velcro strap must be loosened to prevent the air compressor from vibrating. The humidifier cup needs to be filled with pure water, ensuring the liquid level does not exceed the highest water level line.
- Operation: To turn on, plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch (located at the bottom of the back of the oxygen generator), and then touch the "Oxygen" button on the control panel to start continuous oxygen generation.
- Safety Precautions:
- Do not use the oxygen generator near open flames, flammable, or explosive materials. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Avoid placing the oxygen tube under bedspreads or seat cushions. Turn off the power when not absorbing oxygen.
- Ensure the power supply meets safety requirements.
- Turn off the power and unplug before cleaning, maintaining, or replacing the safety tube.
- Do not use if the power cord is damaged; it must be replaced by a professional.
- Select safe and qualified sockets and wiring boards.
- Do not plug or unplug the power supply with wet hands.
- Do not drag the machine by the oxygen absorption pipe or power line.
- Unauthorized personnel should not remove the cover for maintenance.
- Ensure the exhaust at the bottom is unobstructed for proper heat dissipation.
- The specified performance is achieved after 10 minutes of operation.
- A gap of exhaust sound (about once every 4 seconds) is normal.
- Do not use oil, grease, or similar substances on or near the device.
- Refill the humidifying cup when water is insufficient.
- Wait at least 5 minutes before restarting after shutting down.
- If oxygen production decreases due to molecular sieve aging, contact maintenance.
- Unplug the power cord when the oxygen generator is stopped.
- Shutdown due to high ambient temperature and thermal protection is normal; cool down before reuse.
Maintenance Features
Regular maintenance is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of the DZ-1B oxygen generator:
- Professional Repair: If the oxygen generator fails, contact the dealer or manufacturer for repair. Only authorized personnel should debug and repair the device.
- Humidification Cup Cleaning:
- The humidification cup should be kept clean and filled with pure water, below the maximum water level.
- It is recommended to clean the humidification cup, air filter cotton, and air intake cover weekly to ensure oxygen hygiene.
- To clean, pull out the cup, remove the rubber plug, wash with water, sterilize (e.g., with a disinfectant containing 500mg/L effective chlorine), rinse with pure water, refill, and re-insert.
- Oxygen Generator Cleaning:
- With the power off, use a soft towel dampened with a small amount of neutral household detergent to clean the exterior, then dry with a dry towel.
- Avoid liquid penetrating the chassis gaps.
- Intake Silencer Filter Cleaning: Clean the intake muffler and intake cover weekly.
- Oxygen Pipe Cleaning:
- The supplied oxygen tube is a single-use sterilized product and should be replaced regularly by a special person.
- Clean and disinfect the nose of the oxygen tube after each use by soaking in water for 5 minutes or wiping with medical alcohol.
- It is recommended to replace the oxygen suction tube annually. Keep it dry.
- Fuse Replacement: The fuse holder is on the control board. The fuse specification is f2.0al250ν φ5 × 20. Replacement requires a professional or the company's maintenance service department.
- Long-Term Storage:
- Drain water from the humidification cup and put it back in place.
- Cut off power and retract the power cord.
- Store the oxygen suction tube dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and pollution.
- Before reusing after long-term inactivity, inspect the power cord, clean the oxygen suction tube (check for blockages), clean the humidification cup, and clean the intake silencer and air intake cover.
- Storage and Transportation Environmental Requirements:
- Ambient Temperature: -20 °C ~ 50 °C.
- Relative Humidity: ≤ 95%.
- Atmospheric Pressure: 500hPa ~ 1060hPa.
- Avoid severe collision, direct rain, and snow during transportation.
- Store in a well-ventilated room, away from strong sunlight and non-corrosive gases.
- If stored below 10 °C, allow 8 hours in a normal working environment before use.
