Obtain the JustfitMe application from Google Play or Appstore.
Create a new account or sign in with existing credentials. Internet access is needed.
Ensure suit electrodes are completely wet for optimal impulse sensation.
Turn on the control unit; check LEDs for power and battery status.
Connect your phone's Wi-Fi to the control unit's network.
Initiate the workout by clicking 'Start workout' in the app.
