Function Description:
The flashlight features 5 different light functions: High, Medium, Low, Strobe, and SOS. An advanced zoom function allows users to adjust the light's circumference and intensity, providing clear visibility for both near and far distances. This is achieved by simply sliding the top of the light in and out. The device is powered by a specially developed and extra strong K-NATICS ULTRA rechargeable battery, ensuring extended use. Usage Features:
- Battery Installation: Ensure the flashlight is switched off. Unscrew and remove the back cover. Insert the K-NATICS ULTRA battery with the positive (+) pole towards the lamp head and the negative (-) pole towards the screw cap. Screw the back cover back on. For non-rechargeable alkaline batteries, insert them into the adapter and then into the plastic holder.
- Switching On/Off: Press the on/off button once to switch on the flashlight. If the flashlight has been on for more than 7 seconds, a single press will switch it off immediately.
- Changing Light Modes: After switching on, short press the on/off button to cycle through High, Medium, Low, and Off.
- Strobe Function: Hold the on/off button for 3 seconds to activate the strobe.
- SOS Function: Press the on/off button twice in quick succession to activate the SOS function.
- Battery Life Optimization: For longer battery life, it is recommended not to use the torch continuously at its highest light setting.
- Charging: The flashlight can be charged using the included USB-C cable. The USB input is located in the middle of the torch and is protected by a rubber cap. It can be charged via a laptop or power bank.
Maintenance Features:
- General Care: Keep children away from parts and packaging to prevent swallowing or choking. Use the flashlight in temperatures between -20 and 60°C, avoiding direct heat and constant sunlight. Avoid strong and prolonged vibration. Do not use in explosive atmospheres or areas with volatile gases.
- Safety Precautions: Do not look directly into the light or shine it into the eyes of people or animals. Ensure the light is pointed downwards when switching it on. The surface may become hot with extended use; handle with care and keep away from flammable objects. Never leave the torch unattended when switched on. Do not bundle with other flashlights. The charging voltage should not exceed 5V. Do not reverse the battery to avoid burning the circuit board.
- Battery Maintenance: Charge the battery in time to maintain its life. Charge the battery during long-term storage.
- Repairs: Do not attempt to modify or repair the flashlight yourself. Repairs should only be carried out by K-NATICS authorized personnel.
- Battery Usage: Use only K-NATICS supplied or recommended rechargeable batteries. Never combine alkaline (non-rechargeable) batteries with rechargeable batteries. Install batteries in the correct direction. Do not use new (alkaline) and fully charged (NiMH / Li-ion) batteries simultaneously with used or discharged ones. Remove batteries if the flashlight will not be used for an extended period.
- Lubrication: To keep the O-ring (rubber sealing ring) and screw thread running smoothly, apply Vaseline oil 2-3 times a year.
- Disposal: Dispose of batteries according to applicable environmental guidelines.
Warranty:
K-NATICS offers a two-year warranty on its products, requiring proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use or repair, wear and tear, defects known at the time of purchase, defects caused by the customer's own fault, damage caused by third parties, or the battery itself.
