The UV Bulb is a specially created bulb
made specically for The shUVee
®
. It
contains elements subject to broad price
uctuations. Please note that replacement
parts cannot be shipped outside the
United States.
HOW TO REPLACE ULTRAVIOLET
LIGHT BULBS ON The shUVee
®
1. Remove top of wand by gently
unscrewing the clear and black plastic
housing around the UV bulb counter
clockwise.
2. Carefully remove the bulb by pulling
the bulb out of the socket. Do not twist
the bulb.
3. Insert the new bulb into the socket. Be
careful to insert the bulb in the socket
by aligning the socket to the base of
the bulb.
4. Replace the clear and black plastic
housing on the top of wand and turn
clockwise to tighten.
5. There is no need to test the bulb.
When two bulbs are inserted into
the unit and functioning properly The
shUVee
®
will work as indicated.
Remember to place your shoes on top
of the wands and PRESS and HOLD the
ON/OFF button for ve (5) seconds. After
ve (5) seconds the blue “UV activated”
indicator light on base will light up,
showing that The shUVee
®
is now working.
