    • K
      Kristin MartinAug 15, 2025
If your Kaiser Grill doesn't ignite immediately, make sure the gas valves are open. Check for sparks when igniting the appliance. Try pushing the control knob(s) for 5 seconds before attempting ignition. Also, ensure the burners are clean and the gas cylinder isn't empty.

Why is my Kaiser K113-4BJCI taking a long time to heat up?
    • J
      jilldeckerAug 17, 2025
If your Kaiser Grill is taking a long time to heat up, consider that it takes longer when it's cold outside. Also, a gas supply that is not sufficient because there is not enough gas in the gas cylinder(s) can be the cause. Refill or replace the gas cylinder(s). Check if the gas hose(s) is/are blocked or clogged.

What to do if my Kaiser Grill does not ignite at all?
    • J
      Jonathan WhiteAug 21, 2025
If your Kaiser Grill doesn't ignite at all, it might be due to the pilot and/or electrode not aiming at the burner hole; in that case, align them. Ensure the distance between the metal pin of the electrode and burner hole is 3-5 mm. Check for and clear any obstructions in the burners, gas jets, or hose.

What to do if my Kaiser K113-4BJCI only heats up to 100-150 °C?
    • M
      Marcus AllenAug 25, 2025
If your Kaiser Grill only heats up from 100 °C to 150 °C, and the heat is low even with the knob(s) in the HI position, check that the thermometer is functioning properly. Inspect all gas connections for leaks, straighten any bent or kinked gas hoses, and clear any blockages in the burners or orifice. If the gas pressure is low, have your gas dealer check the gas cylinder(s). If the gas supply is not sufficient, refill or replace the gas cylinder(s).

If the burner(s) on your Kaiser Grill cannot be ignited by match, open the valve of the gas cylinder or the pressure regulator to ensure gas is being fed to the burner(s). Clear the tubes of the burner(s) if the gas flow is not smooth. If you think the assembly is incorrect, re-assemble burner(s) and valve(s). If any burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn all control knobs to the off positions, wait 5 minutes to let the gas dissipate, and try again.

Why is my Kaiser Grill pressure regulator making noise?
    • T
      tnguyenSep 6, 2025
If the pressure regulator on your Kaiser Grill is making noise, it could be because the ventilation opening on the pressure regulator is plugged. Unplug the opening and wait 5 minutes before starting again. Also, check if the ventilation openings are covered up, inspect the flames, and remove any blockages.
