manual - which the user of the equipment is obliged to perform on his own and at his own expense,
b) damages resulting from improper installation or operation of the equipment, caused by using the
device in a manner inconsistent with the user's manual or intended use
c) Damages resulting from using the fuel mixture inconsistent with the operating manual,
d) damages caused by the user as a result of improper storage, transportation, improperly
performed maintenance and repair actions; caused by operating or storing the device in extremely
adverse conditions, i.e. high humidity, dust, negative or too high ambient temperature
e) damages of things resulting from natural wear and tear as a consequence of using things during
their proper exploitation, including damages of paint coats,
f) damages done to batteries as a result of their incorrect use, storage and charging,
g) damages that result from: supplying the high-pressure device with contaminated water
13. parts and materials not covered by the warranty protection and the wear of which is natural
consequence of work:
(a) operating components, e.g.: knives, discs, cutting bars, vee heads, filters, starter cables, drive
cables, spark plugs, bulbs, road wheels, clutch drums and jaws, clutches and friction wheels, drive
belts, safety screws, collection and scraper brushes, filters,
(b) engine components: cylinders, pistons, rings, crankshaft, bearings, pan, carburetor
diaphragms, pump seals, O-rings, valves,
c) transmission/gearbox components: gears, chains, hydraulic pumps,
d) other components: knife hubs, safety wedges, shock absorbers, bearings, pan, gears, overload
fuses, carbon brushes, control linkages and cables, seals,
e) items not specifically mentioned in this warranty card that are subject to obvious wear and tear
during operation.
14. The user may not claim repair of damaged equipment at the place of use, even if the
equipment is covered by warranty service.
15. The user loses rights under the guarantee if it is found that the user makes any structural
changes, attempts to carry out independent repairs and adjustments not provided for in the
operation manual, fails to carry out operation and maintenance checks which the user is obliged to
according to the provisions of the operation manual, uses unsuitable spare parts and
consumables.
The buyer/user is obliged to document warranty inspections and other servicing.
*The customer is obliged to periodically perform paid technical inspections of the device by KT-24
service in accordance with the manual / maintenance book of the device. The claimed device shall
be delivered with complete standard equipment, clean, with legible rating plate and prints.
We hereby declare that the device described below complies with the relevant basic safety
directives, both with regard to the basic design and construction, and with regard to the version put
into circulation by us. This declaration ceases to be valid if the device is modified without our prior
approval.
