E: Setting the number of axles
The basic vehicle axle category is set during
the registration.
The driver of the vehicle must always set the number
of axles according to the actual number of axles
including a lift axle (if any) as well as axles on trailers
and semi-trailers. In case of front loading, the towing
vehicle must be equipped with the on-board unit with
the total number of axles of both vehicles set.
In order to change the number of axles, press and hold
the button until the correct number of axles is displayed.
A short ash of the relevant indicator (2, 3 or 4) will
conrm the setting. The driver is responsible for setting
the correct number of axles.
Drivers of buses and caravans should not change
the basic category of vehicle axles, since the number
of trailer axles does not affect the tariff for such vehicles.
F: Checking the status:
Check the condition and status of the on-board unit
each time before entering the toll road.
Press and hold the push-button for less than 2 seconds
to check the on-board unit status. The status indicator
«X» together with the actual axle indicator «2, 3 or 4»
will ash.
