Servicing of a Double-Insulated Product

Water Supply (Cold Water Only)

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Transport Handle Assembly

Slide the transport handle into place.

Step 2: Wheel Installation

Insert wheels into the side holes of the unit until they click.

Step 3: High Pressure Hose Attachment

Connect the high pressure hose to the trigger gun using the locking slide.

Operating Instructions

Step 1: Connect High Pressure Hose

Connect the high pressure hose to the unit's high pressure outlet.

Step 2: Insert Spray Wand

Insert the spray wand into the trigger gun and twist to lock.

Step 3: Connect Garden Hose to Unit

Connect the garden hose to the unit's water inlet.

Step 4: Connect Garden Hose to Water Source

Connect the garden hose to the cold water source and turn on water.

Step 5: GFCI Plug-in and Test

Plug GFCI into outlet, press TEST and RESET buttons. Do not use if test fails.

Step 6: Unlock Safety and Purge Air

Unlock trigger gun safety lock and trigger gun to eliminate trapped air.

Step 7: Turn On Washer

Turn on the high pressure washer; motor starts when trigger is pulled.

Working with Detergents

Step 1: Set Spray Wand to Low Pressure

Install Vario Power Spray Wand and set to the low pressure (Min.) setting.

Step 2: Fill Detergent Container

Fill a container with Kärcher detergent and place the filter end of the suction tube into it.

Step 3: Apply Detergent

Turn on washer, pull trigger to draw and apply detergent. Do not let it dry.

Step 4: Cleaning Up Detergent System

Flush the system with fresh water after use to remove residual detergents.

Taking a Break

Step 1: Release Trigger and Lock Safety

Release the trigger and engage the gun safety lock.

Step 2: Turn Off Pressure Washer

Turn the pressure washer to the OFF (O) position.

Shutting Down & Clean-Up

Step 1: Turn Off and Unplug

Turn the switch to OFF (0) and unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Step 2: Turn Off Water Source

Turn off the water supply.

Step 3: Release Water Pressure

Press the trigger to release any remaining water pressure.

Step 4: Disconnect Garden Hose

Disconnect the garden hose from the unit's water inlet.

Step 5: Disconnect High Pressure Hose

Disconnect the high pressure hose from the unit's high pressure outlet.

Step 6: Engage Safety Lock

Release the trigger and engage the gun safety lock.
