Troubleshooting guide
Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can
remedy yourself using the following overview. When in
doubt, or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned
here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.
As the battery pack ages, even if it is looked after, its ca-
pacity reduces such that the full run time will not be
reached anymore when fully charged. This does not in-
dicate a defect.
Error codes and error descriptions (WV 6)
Display Error description Error correction
E1 Battery pack temperature too high
or low.
Allow appliance to cool down/heat up.
Operate and store the appliance at temperatures usual for
living areas.
E2 Suction turbine blocks due to too
much fluid or solids having been
absorbed.
Do not use the appliance to absorb larger quantities of flu-
ids from horizontal surfaces.
Do not use the appliance to absorb dust or solids.
Empty the waste water tank when the MAX mark is
reached at the latest.
Only use suitable detergents, no spirits, no foam cleanser.
Window cleaner concentrates from KÄRCHER are best
suited for cleaning.
E3 Charging voltage too high. Only use the original charger enclosed or with a charger
approved by KÄRCHER.
E4 Battery pack voltage <3 V. Internal appliance error, please contact your dealer or au-
thorised Customer Service.
Lo Battery pack is discharged. Charge the appliance using the original charger enclosed
or with a charger approved by KÄRCHER.
