Make sure the armrest detaches and flips back properly
Inspect the footplate height adjustment screws are
securely tightened
Inspect the swing-away footrest release lever for
effective locking
Inspect for flat spots, cracks and wear
If pneumatic tires, check for proper inflation
heck tire tread depth is more than 1 mm
Check tire pressure; tire pressures are located on the
side of the tire
14.3 Tools
The wheelchair comes with a tool kit to be able to adjust most settings.
● Some repairs may require tools other than those supplied with the
wheelchair.
● Any unauthorized alterations to the wheelchair and its systems may lead
to an increased risk of accident.
● Damage caused by self-servicing or servicing by unauthorized personnel
cannot be claimed under warranty.
● If you have any doubt in the capability of yourself or the service
engineer, please contact your local authorized supplier to help you.
