The circuit board could be short circuited, in that case have it checked at a service centre.

Ensure the power switch, overload protection, and the cord between the drive unit and voltage transformer are in good condition and properly connected. Also, verify the connection between the drive unit and the display. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the voltage transformer may be defective and require replacement.
