Use the paddle lever under the seat to raise or lower the chair while seated.
Turn the large round knob under the seat clockwise to increase tension, counter-clockwise to decrease.
Use the paddle lever on the left to lock or unlock backward tilt. Use the front right knob for forward tilt.
Use buttons on armrests to adjust height. Pivot arms by pulling the front and moving to one of three positions.
Lift the backrest with both hands to raise; lift to highest setting to lower.
