Paddle lever on the right side underneath the seat adjusts chair height.
Round knob under seat center adjusts tilt tension clockwise/counter-clockwise.
Paddle lever on the left side locks/unlocks backward tilt.
Small knob lever on front right engages/locks forward tilt.
Buttons on armrest outside raise/lower arms to desired position.
Front of armrest pulls out; pivot in or out to 3 positions.
Use sides of back above seat to lift/lower for height adjustment.
