Command Description
SENS2:RANG 5 ‘ Select 5A range.
SOUR2:VOLT 15 ‘ Set output voltage to 15V.
SOUR2:CURR 0.75 ‘ Set current limit to 750mA.
OUTP2 ON ‘ Turn output on.
SENS2:PCUR:SYNC ON ‘ Enable trigger synchronization.
SENS2:PCUR:AVER 10 ‘ Set average count to 10.
SENS2:PCUR:SYNC:TLEV 0.1 ‘ Set trigger level to 100mA.
SENS2:PCUR:TIME:AUTO ‘ Set integration times automatically.
SENS2:PCUR:SYNC:DEL 50e-3 ‘ Set trigger delay to 50msec.
SENS2:FUNC “PCUR” ‘ Select pulse current function.
SENS2:PCUR:MODE HIGH ‘ Configure to measure peak pulse (trigger on).
