set a bias level

then trigger the second unit to per-
form a sweep (subordinate sweep). The computer can
then store the sweep data
in
its
own
memory,
and
trigger
the first unit to the next bias level. That unit
will
then trig-
ger the second unit to perform another sweep. The com-
