Oven Controls
1. Warmer Drawer - Used to keep cooked food warm and at
serving temperature.
2. Warmer Drawer indicator lights - Indicates low, medium,
and high temperature settings in the warmer drawer.
3. Bake - Use to select normal baking function.
4. Broil - Use to select broiling function.
5. Convec Bake - Use to set convection baking function.
6. Convec Roast - Use to set convection roasting function.
7. Slow Cook - Use for cooking foods requiring long cooking
times at lower temperatures.
8. Warm & Hold - Use to keep cooked food warm in the oven
for up to 3 hours after cooking.
9. LIGHT - Use to turn interior oven light on and off.
10. CLOCK - Use with numeric keys to set the time of day.
11. Numeric keys - Use to enter temperatures and cooking
times, and use to enter time of day when setting clock.
12. Timer ON/OFF - Use to set and cancel timer. Timer does
not stop or start the cooking process.
13. Add 1 Minute - Each press of this feature adds one minute
of time to an active timer. Pressing Add 1 Minute will start
timer when timer is idle.
14. Cook Time - Use to set a specific amount of time needed
for cooking. Automatically cancels cooking process at end
of set time.
15. Delay Start - Use to set a delayed cooking function or a
delayed self clean.
16. Convec Convert - Use to convert regular recipe tempera-
ture to a convection recipe temperature.
17. Self Clean - Use to select the self clean function.
18. START - Use for starting all cooking functions.
19. STOP - Use to stop any cooking function except time of day
and timer. Oven Lock - Use STOP key to lock oven door
and the control panel.
20. Warm Zone - Use to keep food cooked on cooktop warm.
21. Warm Zone indicator lights - Indicates low, medium and
high settings of cooktop warm zone.
