energy effi cient and preserve the nutrients of food during the cooking process. The
new Kenmore PRO Pressure Cooker combines the advantages of pressure cookers
available domestically and abroad. The latest design features a more innovative
style, added safety features and additional functions for the home chef.
The lid mechanism has been completely updated, making it much easier to secure
the lid compared to previous versions. You can close the lid in any position to
generate pressure from 0–100 kPa. Caution: the internal pressure must be released
before opening the lid safely.
The Kenmore PRO Pressure Cooker is made of high-quality 18/8 stainless steel and
manufactured according to the highest level of US and international standards. It is
designed for home use only and should not be used for commercial applications.

This product is distributed by Gibson Overseas, Inc. and is warranted against original
defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use, not commercial.
If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, return item with proof of purchase to
the address below and Gibson will replace the item at no charge with one of equal
value. Damage caused by misuse or failure to use proper care in accordance with
instructions provided is not covered. This warranty provides specifi c legal rights and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

REFERENCIA DEL TIEMPO DE COCCIÓN
Los tiempos de cocción varían dependiendo de las cantidades y los ingredientes.
1. El tiempo de cocción se calcula a partir de cuándo el vapor comienza a ventilar.
2. El tiempo de cocción se ve afectado por el volumen de alimentos, el clima, la
fuente de calor y otros factores. Ajuste los tiempos en consecuencia.
3. Los tiempos de cocción enumerados se determinaron mediante el uso en estufas
de gas.
