  If your Kenmore Refrigerator isn't operating, start by ensuring the power cord is firmly plugged into a working outlet with the correct voltage. Also, check your household fuses or circuit breakers and replace or reset them if necessary. If the display shows 'OFF', the refrigerator might be in store Demo mode. To disable it, press any of the cold buttons for 5 seconds. If the word OFF is in the Freezer and Refrigerator Display, hold COLDER key on refrigerator over 3 sec.
