Why is my Kenmore Refrigerator-freezer not cooling?

Several factors can cause your Kenmore Refrigerator-freezer to not cool properly. It could be due to the refrigerator control being set to OFF, the refrigerator being in demo mode, or the refrigerator is in the defrost cycle. If recently installed or relocated, allow up to 24 hours for temperature stabilization, ensuring it stands upright for 24 hours after relocation. Frequent door openings, adding large amounts of food, or hot food can also impact cooling. Make sure the doors are closed completely and the refrigerator isn't installed in a hot location (above 110°F).
