Summary

Temperature Control

Temperature Setting

Sets the desired internal temperature using UP/DOWN buttons. Range is -10°F to 10°F.

Temperature Mode Change

Switches temperature display between °F and °C by holding the 'Temp Display' button for five seconds.

Quick Freeze

Enables continuous compressor operation to rapidly cool large quantities of food. Activates by pressing the Quick Freeze button.

Control Lockout

Alarm Functions

Temperature Alarm

Activates if cabinet temperature exceeds 23°F (-5°C) for over an hour, indicated by 'Hi Temp' and beeping.

Door Ajar Alarm

Activates if the door remains open for over five minutes. 'Door Ajar' indicator illuminates and an audible beep occurs.
