• Before the trip, inform someone about the destination of the trip and the
expected time of return.
• Know the waters and the area. Know tides, currents, sandbanks, rocks and other
hazards.
STABILITY AND BUOYANCY
DISTRIBUTION OF PERSONS AND LUGGAGE
For safe operation, it is recommended that passengers sit in the middle of the boat
where possible. It is possible to sit on the sides of the boat, as long as someone is also
sitting on the other side. Make sure loose equipment is securely strapped in while driving.
All loads placed in the boat should be evenly distributed to ensure proper trimming of
the boat during operation.
OPERATION UNDER ENGINE
WARNING
When driving at high speeds or gliding: avoid abrupt turns and high waves, as these can
endanger passengers. Make sure that everyone sticks to the handles. Reduce speed in
waves for comfort and safety. Small children must be in the boat.
Breaking waves pose a serious threat to stability. Always wear a life jacket!
SOLO TRAVEL - If the boat is operating without other passengers, the boatman is NOT
allowed to sit on the hoses or on the seat. The weight must be kept as far forward and in
the middle as possible.
Do not arrange heavy objects near the mirror. Avoid extremely fast acceleration to
avoid the risk of rear roll-over. Wind and waves can be extremely dangerous for the
inflatable boat. The boat can easily roll over if the cargo in the boat is not well distributed
in the bow and wind and current act against the bow.
The distribution of the cargo and the weight keep the bow to ensure safety on the water.
• If your outboard motor is mounted too high on the mirror, excessive cavitation (air
bubbles and slip on the propeller) will occur.
• If the outboard engine is mounted too low on the mirror, this will cause resistance
and water will be injected into the boat. Both lead to a reduction in speed.
Therefore, you should find out the ideal position before mounting the motor firmly
on the mirror (ask the engine manufacturer). It is recommended to keep the boat
