Make sure there are no sharp parts in the place where you want to lift the boat out of
the water. Use the handles to lift the boat.
TOWING A BOAT
If the boat is towed by another boat, the inflatable boat must be empty. Remove the
outboard, fuel tank and equipment from the boat.
CAUTION
• When towing, there must be no persons on board the towed boat.
• Examine the tow line frequently.
• Check the condition of the towed boat regularly and make sure that it does not
absorb water.
IMPORTANT: The bow ring handle must not be used to tow, anchor or moor the boat.
For towing, use the appropriate star and port towing eyelets on the boat. Attach the line
between the pull eyelets so that they are shaped like a reins. Attach a tow line to this
reins and tow the boat at low speed.

PRE-COMMISSIONING CHECKLIST
• Check the air pressure in the air chambers.
• Remove all blockages from the self-draining soil drain.
• Check the outboard for safe mounting on the mirror.
• Check the fuel level and determine the range per level.
• Ensure that the outboard motor emergency stop switch is working properly.
• Make sure the boat is not overloaded. Do not exceed the maximum number of
passengers allowed and the payload. Pay attention to the payload badge.
• Ensure that an approved life jacket of the correct size is available for each person
on board and that it is easy to grasp.
• Make sure the paddles are in the boat in case of malfunctions with the engine.
• The skipper knows the procedures for safe navigation, safe boating and safe
operation of the outboard.
• A lifebuoy or life cushion that can be thrown at a person in the water.
• Distribute passengers and cargo evenly in the boat. All persons must sit in
designated seats or on the floor.
• Instruct at least one passenger in the basic concepts of handling the boat and
the launch and operation of the outboard engine if the skipper cannot operate
the boat or falls overboard.
