Troubleshooting:
The coffee mug sizes aren’t blinking blue.
- If the coffee mugs aren’t blinking, simply lift up the Keurig handle and put it
down again.
The water level light is on and the machine won’t brew.
- Check the water reservoir and add water to the tank. Make sure to not exceed the
max fill line.
My Keurig isn’t properly functioning.
- If you followed all the procedures and your machine still isn’t working, you can
reset it by unplugging the machine, waiting a few moments, and plugging it back

How should I clean my Keurig?
- According to Keurig, the best way to effectively clean the machine is to
disassemble each part and clean them individually with liquid dish soap. Be sure
to consistently clean your water reservoir to prevent mold from accumulating.
