ENGINE CHECK LAMP-MALFUNCTION

C018 Line: short circuit
Short circuit to battery line
Perform the actuator diagnosis.
2 If lamp does not flash, measure supply voltage at engine check to GND with IG ON.
Check fuse if set value is not attained.
4 Check actuation lead of fault lamp.
Check wiring between engine check lamp and ECU pin 110 for open circuit and short circuit.
Lamp is defective if all preceding tests are OK.
