7.Troubleshooting
Issue
Possible Causes
Corrective Measures
The hose is blocked.
Check if there is any blockage of hairballs
inside the hose. If there is any blockage,
remove the hose and poke the hairballs out
with a thin stick. (Refer to Article 1 of 1.1)
The filter is too dirty.
Remove the filter for cleaning.
(Refer to 5.Clean The Filters)
Internal air channel Clean the internal air channel and install it
properly.(refer to 4.4)
Dust bin is not installed
Remove the dust bin and reinstall it properly.
(Refer to 4.3)
Cleaner stop
working
Air channel is blocked.
Clean the hose, dust bin and internal air
channel. Let the vacuum cool down and restart
it after a few minutes. (Refer to 1.1, 4.2, 4.4 )
is blocked.
Loose suction
in place.
The motor is damaged
or wire is loosen.
