Operating the tilt lockout- Paddle-shaped lever on left side
Pull up to unlock the
mechanism .
push down to lock the
mechanism.
At the proper height, your feet should rest flat on the floor.

Backrest Recline
Pull the lever FULLY and lean
back slowly until desired angle
is achieved, then slowly return
the lever to its starting position,
Ensure the lever locks back in
place.
