Press casters into base legs and insert gas lift into the base.
Remove bolts, attach arms to seat using bolts and wrench.
Align seat plate, attach with bolts, and insert plastic handles.
Mount seat onto lift and attach adjusters to seat cushion.
Attach back cushion, balance chair, and add plastic covers.
Press plastic caps into adjuster holes to cover bolts.
Use the paddle-shaped lever to adjust chair height.
Turn the knob to increase or decrease tilt tension.
Use the lever to unlock or lock the tilt mechanism.
Pull lever to recline backrest, return lever to lock.
Armrests adjust up/down, forward/back, left/right, and angle.
