Using Kimberley Air Suspension
How to use (with built-in air compressor (A) ):
1. Locate control switches and air pressure read out display gauges (B) in the front storage box area
2. Turn on power for Air Compressor (C)
3. Push adjustment switch up to raise that side of the unit or down to lower that side (D)
(Note: OPEN/CLOSE valve needs to be in OPEN position when adjusting air pressure levels.)
4. The suspension can be lowered down to the internal bump stops of the air bags only when stationary.
DO NOT travel with the air bags de ated and riding on the internal bump stops.
Using the OPEN/CLOSE valves (E)
OPEN/CLOSE valves needs to be in OPEN position when adjusting air pressure levels. PLEASE LOCK OFF THE
AIRBAGS WITH THE MANUAL VALVES AFTER SETTING HEIGHT WHEN DEPARTING ON A TRIP IF YOU DON’T
HAVE AUTO RIDE HEIGHT CONTROL. UNLOCK WHEN IN CAMP.
How to use (with external air compressor) (F)
1. To adjust air pressure, connect air line to the manual in ation inlet valves (F) and add or remove air as
require. (Note: OPEN/CLOSE valve needs to be in OPEN position when adjusting air pressure levels.)
Using on-board compressor with Compressor Outlet (G) (Where Fitted)
1. Remove blanking bolt with allen key.
2. Install coupler air tting to suit your in ator.
3. Connect air hose and in ator.
4. Switch on compressor power (C) and use as needed.
Air Suspension - Remote Control Fob (Optional)
If your Kimberley has an on-board compressor, you can remotely control your
air suspension using the included Remote Control Fob. This Fob is synced to
your Kimberley at the factory. If you need to re-connect, see the Manufacturers
Instructions for this system included in your owners satchel.
How to adjust air suspension:
1. Increase ride-height on right side
2. Decrease ride-height on right side
3. Increase ride-height on left side
4. Decrease ride-height on right side
