Use the following guide to Diagnose and Fix problems with your Air Suspension:
PROBLEM PROBABLE CAUSE REMEDY

Follow steps below to identify and
x a leak in the Air system
Use the following guide to Identify and Fix a slow leak in your Air Suspension:
For trailers with Manual Air In ation Only.
Identifying the leak:
1. In ate both air bags to at least
50psi each side
2. Climb under the trailer & Inspect
the air tting at the top of each
air bag by spraying with soapy
water (you may need to clean
ttings if dirty). If you notice air
bubbles you have found a leak
3. Inspect the back side of the air
inlets in the front storage box using soapy water.
How to x a leaking tting:
1. FIRST you MUST release all air
pressure from the system
2. For the leaking ttings you will
need to disconnect the hose
rst, inspect, then replace.
3. Push the air hose tting locking
ring back into the tting body
4. With the brightly coloured
locking ring pushed in, Pull out
the air hose - the end of the
hose should be cut square. If
the cut is not square, cut it so
that it is.
5. Push locking ring in, rmly push
hose back into tting then pull
out the locking ring for a snug t
6. If leak coming from threaded
section of tting you may need
to tighten it with an open-ended
spanner
