MOUNTING RESISTANCE UNIT - NEWER TRAINERS
Thread tensioning knob into crossbar and tighten several turns.Add curved washer and spring on the inside of the resistance unit.
Attach resistance unit to frame with mounting bolt as shown. Place washer on tensioning knob and insert through resistance unit.
