MOUNTING RESISTANCE UNIT - OLDER TRAINERS WITH L-BOLT
Attach resistance unit to frame with mounting bolt as shown.
Add spring and thread L-bolt through resistance unit.
Insert L-bolt into resistance unit yoke bracket.
Add washer and thread tensioning knob onto L-bolt.
