Remove the cutting head by pushing it backwards as shown.
Press the white catch and squeeze one to two drops of oil
between each pair of cutting teeth.
Click the catch back into place and push it with the cutting
teeth to and fro to spread the oil.
Replace the cutting head by sliding the cutting head clip into
the notch on the cover of the trimmer until you hear it snap
into place.
Remove any excess oil by wiping with a cloth.
If the oil supplied with the trimmer should run out. use only
acid-free oil such as sewing machine oil.
Replacing the cutting head
Use only original accessories. You can obtain accessories such as the cutting head, the
guide comb in specialist shops. Do ont attempt to sharpen the cutting head yourself!
Switch the trimmer off! Replace the cutting head as described under "Oiling the cutting
head".
Replacing the battery
The appliance has nickel metallic hydride battery. If they supply power for only a short
period after charging, you can replace them.
Use one battery of the type size AA, 1 .2V.
Always replace both batteires at the same time
