  If your KINLEE Thermometer displays an error symbol, this could be due to several reasons. It might be caused by low battery voltage, in which case you should replace the batteries. The error symbol can also appear because of a system fault, which requires returning the thermometer to the selling point. Additionally, the ambient temperature or the measuring temperature might be too high. If the ambient temperature is too high, follow the user manual's ambient temperature guidelines. If the measuring temperature is too high, stop measuring.
