You should keep the P.T.O cover in
place at all times and remember to
replace the cap when the P.T.O shaft
is not in use.

1. The tractor has two P.T.O speeds
position.
2. P.T.O shifting needs clutch opera-
tion. Press the clutch pedal down
completely to stop the tractor move-
ment and any P.T.O driven equip-
ment movement before shifting the
P.T.O gear shift lever.
To avoid shock loads to the
P.T.O, reduce engine speed
when engaging the P.T.O, then
open the throttle to the recom-
mended speed:
To avoid damage of transmis-
sion, before shifting the P.T.O
gear shift lever, fully disen-
gage the main clutch.
IMPORTANT
There is a P.T.O-1 (540 rpm) indi-
cator marked on the tachometer
dial.
