Serial number identification and location
The generator serial number identifies your particular unit and is important when ordering parts
and accessories. The number is found on a sticker on the carton and on the quality certificate in
the carton along with the accessories and owner’s manual. It is also stamped on the engine block
visible when the service door is removed.
IG1000: to the right of the engine oil dipstick IG2000: above right of the dipstick
IG2600: to the left of the engine oil dipstick
