If your Kirkland Signature Hearing Aid has no sound, it might be due to several reasons: it may not be turned on (turn it on by closing the battery door), the battery might be dead (replace the battery), the battery door will not close (insert the battery properly), the RIE mold may be blocked (clean the RIE mold), or the wax filter may be blocked (replace the wax filter or consult your hearing healthcare professional).
