  If your Kitagawa Industrial Equipment table does not rotate, you should first check the cable connection between the NC rotary table and the control unit, ensuring it is properly connected. If the cable is broken, check its continuity and replace it. Also, compare the specification of NC rotary table with the work condition to make improvement, as a decentered workpiece, overloaded fixture, and friction torque of steady rest and rotary joint might make the load torque larger than the motor torque. Finally, ensure the ambient temperature is within the specified range for the unit.

What to do if Kitagawa NC Rotary Table table does not rotate but makes noise?

  If your Kitagawa Industrial Equipment table does not rotate but generates a noise, stop using it immediately and contact the sales agent, as the motor might be making a howling sound while trying to rotate due to seizure of gears from lack or deterioration of lubricating oil. Also, stop using it immediately and contact the sales agent if gears generate a noise, because faulty rotation may be caused by damaged gears. However, if the unit generates a noise at startup and stops soon, you should supply lubricating oil until foreign substances come out of the drain port, as faulty rotation may be caused by foreign substances mixing in the oil bath.
