Pear Ginger Crumble
Ingredients:
Topping:
1/4 cup oat or wheat flour
2/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
Filling:
5-6 firm but ripe pears - peeled,
halved and cored
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt (optional)
Preheat oven 375° F.
