Haute cuisine*
Both Haute cuisine and Cheese box can be used for serving food at the
table. Do not use them in the freezer, microwave oven or on other heat
sources.
Do not chop food directly on the wooden surface as it may become
scored.
Tips for cleaning:
Do not wash the wooden or plastic components in the dishwasher; we
recommend washing them by hand with mild detergent, without the use of
abrasive sponges.
