After attaching the Fruit/Vegetable Strainer attachment
to the Stand Mixer, place the mixer bowl under the
Strainer Shield to catch strained food and place a
smaller bowl under the open end to catch food waste.

Cut food into pieces that will fit in the Feed Tube.

Turn the Stand Mixer to Speed 4 and feed food into
the Feed Tube using the Food Pusher.

NOTE: Liquid may appear in the hopper when processing large amounts of high-
moisture foods such as tomatoes or grapes. To drain liquid, continue to operate the
Stand Mixer. To avoid damage to the Stand Mixer, do not process additional food until
the liquid has drained from the hopper.
