10. MALFUNCTION REMEDIES
- Vibrations and noise of the machine - Elements not locked (adjusting hand wheel, locking leer,
handles or other fences and stop)
- Check tool tensioning
- Saw blade badly sharpened or blunt
- The machine does not stand safely. Fix it to the ground
- Have the ball bearings replaced if they are too loud
- Check the belt tensioning
- The cutting action turns the wood black
- The tools are badly sharpened
- The tools are incorrectly fitted. Observe the turning direction
- Rapid wear of the tool
- The tools are badly sharpened
- The feeding speed is too high
- Do not force the feed
- Push the work piece without jerks
