Register your boat online for warranty validation and record serial number, date, and purchase details.

Follow recommended steps to prepare your boat. Check hull decal for model identification.
Attach swivel mounting bases to seats using fasteners, ensuring they are snug but not over-tightened.
Install transom drain plug and bow drain plug (9.4) or transom drain plug (10.2) to drain water.
Use a 12V Deep Cycle Marine battery. Connect RED wire to POSITIVE (+) and BLACK wire to NEGATIVE (-).
Enlist help for launching, ensure motor is tilted, remove tie-downs, install drain plugs, and step into boat center.
Avoid shallow water mooring. Use boat fenders to prevent hull scraping against docks.
Fill livewell about 2/3 full with cool water. Periodically cycle the aerator pump if equipped.
Use navigation lights in poor lighting conditions, e.g., dusk, dawn, fog.
Tie boat down snugly with straps in a pickup truck bed, avoiding over-tightening to prevent hull distortion.
Rest boat on support bunks (min. 3.5" wide, 5' long). Do not rest on keel rollers. Tie snugly.
Wash with mild detergent and water. Use a soft brush. Avoid plastic conditioners and abrasive cleaners.
Periodically scrape hull surface to remove barnacles. Consider antifouling preservative for extended use.
Check and clean intake slots periodically. Twist pump counterclockwise to remove and flush.
Remove boat from water. Store on supports along hull length, not on ground. Loosen tie-down straps.
Close light sockets, remove drain plugs, position bow higher than stern, remove accessories, and cover boat.
